PROJECT OVERVIEW

Goal:

Identify opportunities to increase gross profit in physical media by $3-$4M within the current fiscal year.

Approach:

1. Deep dive into the existing key accounts to identify incremental gross profit opportunities. Accounts included Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, etc.

2. Research and evaluate opportunities outside of existing business. This included new retailers and other avenues for physical media sales that client was not currently engaged in.
